Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

•       Free Standard Shipping — available on all orders

•       Standard Shipping — $8.00

•       Express Shipping — $15.00

 

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin after processing. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days, contact us.

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive on time, contact us at support@foreverwinter.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Forever Winter is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address changes can only be made before an order has shipped.
